Executive Director of the Sacramento Running Association, Scott Abbott, and Michelle Thompson, the Associate Director of Development at Children's Miracle Network UC Davis Medical Center/Childrens hospital, are in the studio with Mae and Christianne talking all about the SACTOWN Run.
The race, organized by the Sacramento Running Association and sponsored by local credit unions, is set for April 3. The event helps raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, which includes Sacramento's UC Davis Children's Hospital. The SACTOWN event emulates the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run held in Washington, D.C. on the same day.
